About 520 Radio
In October of 2011 my brother and I started a weekly live mixshow on Ustream called the Humpday Mix.
The show consisted of the hottest in Hip Hop and R&B, and a slow set. As the months went on we
continued to grow the show, and started connecting with local artist to play their music on the show.
The show started to grow rapidly and we gained a following, eventually in June of 2013 we started
having network issues with the broadcaster. We decided that we needed to find another way to get our
voices heard so we thought about internet radio, after a few months of contemplation 520Radio was
born.
The station went on air for the first time on June 22, 2013 and we have continued to grow over the last few years. We pride ourselves on bringing you the hottest in Hip Hop and R&B, but we are home of the Indie artist. We have listeners throughout the United States and in other countries; we attribute our success to our belief in pushing the independent artist. So artists, if you want your music heard hit us up.

DJ D Da God
DJ D Da God was born in North Miami Florida in the 80's with a mother who played music every Saturday while cleaning up he had no choice but to love music from an early age. From the likes of the O' Jays to Frankie Beverly and Maze, Rhythm and blues was always his first love.
One day while at the flea market Dj D came across a mix tape by Jam Pony Express and was fascinated how they regulated over songs, and while at a local festival later that year he saw them at an event and was intrigued on how they moved the crowd. At that moment he decided he wanted to be a DJ.
Not having the money to buy the equipment his dreams were put on hold until late 2007, where he fine-tuned his skills doing weddings, house parties and family reunions. In 2012 he started spinning at SkateLand of Augusta on Sunday nights (Adult Night) where he was mentored and taught to diversify his musical range.
DJ Rashad the Professional
Dj Rashad was born in North Miami FL(Opa Locka) in 1985. Younger brother to DJ D Da God, DJ Rashad was brought up to love music.
While in middle school he joined the Jazz band and played the trombone growing up. He didn't catch on to DJing until years later when DJ D Da God(brother) decided to become a DJ and show him the ropes.
DJ Rashad helps run 520 Radio, an online radio station that's consistently rising to the top as one of the top 25 Hip Hop radio stations on Live365.com
